Combine bralettes
Not only since the pandemic and working from home did women discover convenience for themselves. Because the bralette gained popularity back in the 2010s. Comfortable and light, the contemporary brassiere is popular with both girls and women of all ages.
Because of its pleasant wearing comfort, the comfortable lingerie is often not even noticed. It doesn't pinch or pinch and still keeps the bust size in check. The comfortable bralette bra can even give you a snappier outfit depending on the material and design.
Bralette bra: what is it?
According to the English Wikipedia definition, the bralette is a light brassiere that is primarily used for comfort. It has no underwire and is sometimes even worn as a top. The bralette is also suitable for girls in the development phase.
With no underwire and no padding, the bralette doesn't feel like a brassiere and is therefore perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the garden lounger. However, the non-wired offers little support for a full bust.
It helps young girls get used to wearing a brassiere without deforming the breast. It prevents uncomfortable vibrations in the breasts, but still does not inhibit the development of firm chest muscles.
While a cotton bralette with a modern design can even be worn as a cheeky top in the afternoon, the lace bralette is comfortable lingerie that conjures up a chic outfit.
The bralette is not only available in white, nude and black, but also in bright colors or with a cheerful pattern. It is available in cotton or as a lace lingerie made of transparent material. And you can even find a model with an exciting leather look.
Difference bralette to other bras
While the conventional brassiere with underwire and cups not only supports the bust size, but also pushes and shapes it a bit, the elastic bralette is also tight but does not model the bust. The bralette supports the natural shape of the bust.
Because the comfortable bra has neither metal underwire nor thick padding, it is much lighter than a "normal" brassiere or bustier. In order to keep the chest a little in check, it is equipped with a wide underbust band.
However, the wide underbust band, often decorated with lace or pretty embroidery, does not reach the waist like in longline models, but ends a few centimeters below the chest. The bralette is also known as a soft bra, which is particularly soft and comfortable.
In terms of shape, the bralette is similar to the triangle bra and is also suitable for dresses with a deeper décolleté or for a T-shirt with a V-neck. It can be equipped with both wide straps and thin spaghetti straps. And it is also available as a halterneck.
As a particularly comfortable brassiere without cups or pads, the bralette differs from both the maximizer and the minimizer. In contrast to the sports models, which are also wireless, it does not enclose the entire breast and is also less tight.
Who can wear the bralette bra?
Anyone who loves comfortable lingerie and doesn't need to wear oversized bras can wear a bralette. The light, non-wired model is best suited for girls and women with small to medium bust sizes.
A light breast with cup size A or B feels particularly comfortable in the comfortable bra. If you have a cup size C or D, you should choose a special model that is lightly padded and not only sits comfortably, but also supports the breasts slightly.
Occasionally, the popular, lightweight lingerie can also be found in larger cup sizes. If you choose the comfortable model, the exact fit is particularly important. A front closure would be just as desirable as a round cup that fits perfectly.
Even young girls whose breasts are just forming and whose cup size is still below A (AA or smaller) are well-advised to start with a bralette. Because the soft bra neither forms nor supports, the pectoral muscles can develop naturally.
Who can't wear it?
Unfortunately, this brassiere is unsuitable for large bust sizes and heavy breasts, i.e., cup size DD (=E) or larger. The naturally large bust size is not sufficiently held and supported by the elastic fabric alone.
In a bralette, a heavy bust would hang down and put extreme strain on the back muscles. This can lead to poor posture and back pain.
The comfortable bra for medium to large cup sizes is only conditionally recommended for doing sports. Anyone who practices a sport where the chest vibrates slightly should opt for a model that completely and firmly encloses the bust size.
Combine bralettes
As a particularly comfortable bra, the bralette is of course predestined for dressers. Whether under a simple T-shirt, a wide men's shirt or a tight-fitting, cheeky top, the non-wired bra underlines your natural figure.
If you opt for a chic silk bralette with tasteful lace, you can wear it under a slightly transparent blouse. Whether at dinner for two or for a long night at the disco, the elegant model complements the outfit comfortably and elegantly at the same time.
On hot summer days, young people can wear the cheeky patterned cotton bralette as a cool top and combine it with casual jeans or a pretty fabric skirt. Many a bralette can even be misused as a bikini top.
