Cup Size E - Notes for E Cup Breasts

by GuoLucy 05 Oct 2022 0 Comments

Cup size E is generally a comparatively large bust. However, it is not only the letter by which the size is designated. The underbust circumference is also decisive, and breasts with cup size 75E look quite different from breasts with, for example, size 95E. What do you need to consider when choosing a bra and how do you best show off your E cup?

Calculate the perfect bra size

measure chest size
You always need two pieces of information to determine your bra size. On the one hand, this is the chest circumference, which you can measure by placing a tape measure directly at the level of your nipples and passing it once around your body. The breast size is given in letters, which are graduated by centimeters. You can find them out with the help of a table.

The letter A indicates a very small breast volume, thus corresponding to a small breast circumference. This letter is also called a cup. The further the alphabet progresses, the larger your breast. With a cup size of E, you are lucky to have a comparatively large bust.

The second measurement is the underbust measurement, which is measured by placing the tape measure directly under the breast. In stores, the underbust measurement is graduated in increments of five, for example, 75E, 80E, 85E, and so on. The bra clasp allows you to vary the size.
An E cup is not always the same size, as it is always in proportion to the unchangeable underbust girth. An E cup can be bigger or smaller depending on your physique and how big or small the underbust size is. Thus, a bust in 75E is much smaller in terms of volume than one with a cup size of 95E.

Tips for E cup size

With an E cup size, you are most likely blessed with a fairly large bust, although, as described, it also depends heavily on the underbust measurement. You can conjure up a great décolleté in many garments with a large bust and the right bra. Especially in so-called V-necks, the bust comes out very well.

Whether you choose an underwired bra, a cup bra, or another of the many models on offer is primarily a matter of personal preference. However, with large breasts, many women get back pain over time due to their weight. Therefore, it is recommended to support the bust as much as possible. Help yourself, for example, with wider straps, or try a bra on which the straps are arranged crosswise at the back to get stronger support.
Feeling cramped from wearing a bra forever? Just ditch the bra now and then at home - or if you dare, then in public, of course. Don't worry; it won't make your breasts sag any faster, and there's no reason to feel obligated by society to wear a bra all the time.

Best bra for E cup size
