What does Kim Kardashian do with a roll of packing tape? That's right. She uses it to tape her breasts! Her secret styling trick ensures that her boobs stand up like a top, even without a bra.

This is especially practical for backless evening dresses with a deep neckline. A normal bra is out of the question because it would ruin the back cleavage. And adhesive cups are also not optimal because they do not push the bust enough for deep necklines.

Taping the breasts with boob tape: Gives support and is kind to the skin.

It is better to use a skin-colored wide boob tape so that it is invisible under your clothes. Also, you should use a friendly way to tap your boobs.

The bra tape from Okay Trendy with wide fabric will support your muscles, and push your breast well.

It has the advantage that skin-friendly, sticks better, more stable and provides more support, especially for larger breasts. It will not be difficult and painful to take off by the steps below:

Breast taping: Instructions in 3 steps

Step 1: Degrease skin with alcohol swabs

To make sure that the tape sticks well to your skin, you should degrease your décolleté before taping your breasts. The best way to do this is with alcohol swabs or clothes from the pharmacy. Simply rub them over the skin and let them dry briefly.

Step 2: Protect nipples with wound compresses, cotton pads or petal nipple covers

When taping your breasts, be sure to protect your nipples. Otherwise, they can be damaged when you remove the tape later. Round wound compresses are perfect for this, but cotton pads also work well for smaller nipples. You can also choose cross shape bra petal as a good replace of them. If you hold the pads on your nipples when you start taping, they will act as a protective shield between the tape and the skin.

Step 3: Cross-taping the breasts

You can push your breasts nicely if you apply the tape crosswise to the skin. To do this, start at one side and apply the tape to the side of the bust (hand's width under the armpit) and pull it diagonally across the bust under tension so that it ends diagonally under the other bust. The more you pull on the tape as you stick it across the bust, the greater the push-up effect. Do the same on the other side, making a wide X through the tape.

Repeat the process, placing the tape a little further down to create a sturdy 'sticky bra'. In the end, you can give the bust additional support with several strips placed horizontally under the breast.

Tip: Ensure you do not apply the tape too high when taping your bust. Otherwise, the tape will peek out at the neckline.

Removing bust tape painlessly

Unlike normal small plasters, you should never (!) remove the tape from your bust with the jerk and jerk principle, but remove the tape as slowly and gently as possible. Otherwise, you can injure your sensitive breast area.

Our tip: Soak the tape thoroughly in warm water under the shower or in the bathtub and use additional oil (e.g. sunflower oil or olive oil) to remove the adhesive gently. And after that, it's called: Care for skin with cream!
