how to keep warm in winter

Today I will share some useful tips to help you stay warm; we will start with some basics.

If it is cold in the morning, try to start your day with a warm breakfast, something like porridge will keep you very full and help to keep your body warm.

Wear lots of layers of warm clothing, which will help insulate and keep your body heat in. If you are going out, wear a warm jacket and remember a scarf and some gloves. Wearing a hat to warm your head will make your whole body feel warmer. Wearing fingerless gloves will keep your hands warm while allowing your fingers to do fine things. Of course, you can wear two pairs of socks to keep your feet warm or get some nice thick socks.

If you have problems with cold feet, you can get plush warm insoles which are perfect for s shoes, which are perfect for your shoes. Before you go out, you can use a hair dryer to warm up your shoes, try to stay active, and do some exercise, which will generate body heat and keep you warm even after the exercise.

Preparing yourself a warm lunch like soup is ideal. You can put it in a food bottle if you are working outside or going out. Also, we should drink a lot of hot drinks throughout the day, if it helps you can use a thermos.

If you have a breeze under your door, you can roll up a blanket and use it as a wind blocker. For inside doors, you can use an old pair of tights to make another Windstopper, cut off a leg with a pair of scissors, take a couple of wrapping paper rolls and push them all into type, and you should have something like this. Next, we need to thread it under the door so there is a roll on each side. Now, you can close and open the door, and it has its built-in.

You can make your own room heater with terra cotta plant pots and tea light candles, lay a heat-proof mat, put it on a pie plate, put three candles in the middle of the plate and light them, put them on a cooling rack or grill, take a small terra cotta plant pot, put it upside down on the grill, put it on top of the candles, then put a slightly larger pot on top, then another, and finally, put a coin on top and put it on the hole. This is an effective and inexpensive way to help warm your room when the sun goes down. Make sure you draw the curtains to insulate the windows. When it's time to go to bed, you can certainly use a hot water bottle to help warm your bed before you get into it, or you can get yourself a nice electric blanket.
