5 reasons why we wear bras Your breasts could use the support!
The right bra won’t cut into your skin or leave red marks on your skin. The right bra will even prevent certain physical discomforts by supporting your breasts and shoulders. Especially if you have larger breasts, wearing a bra can prevent neck and back problems.
A bra can boost your self-confidence
A beautiful bra can boost your self-confidence, just like any other piece of clothing. Even if no one else sees it, you know you’re wearing that sexy lace bra. A bra also affects the fit and look of the shirt you’re wearing, so it actually defines your look too.
Comfort
Wearing the right bra can make a difference when it comes to comfort. Throughout the day you tend to move around a lot, so you can imagine the extra weight pulling on your body if your breasts are bouncing around freely (especially if you have larger breasts). Even if your breasts aren’t necessarily large, it can feel more comfortable to wear a bra as it holds your breasts together.
You don’t (always) want to show everything you have
When you don’t wear a bra, you can see the natural shape of your breasts and sometimes even your nipples. Cool if you don’t care, but it’s good to know that you can wear a bra to cover up if you don’t want to show everything.
Sometimes we want a little more
Sometimes we want a cup size up or sometimes we just want a little more cleavage, no matter what you want, a bra can give your boobs an instant boost! Wear an underwired bra for a little lift or go all out with a push-up bra! BUT: it is very important that you wear the right bra when wearing a bra (in terms of size and shape). Also keep in mind that wearing a bra 24/7 is not good for your body either. Your breasts can use the support during the day when you are active, but when you are sleeping they also deserve some rest. It’s also important that you wear a bra because you feel comfortable wearing it. If you prefer not to wear a bra, you should just leave it alone.
